本节课紧紧围绕话题“Hobbies”展开教学,在Pre-reading课前热身环节引导学生头脑风暴游戏,充分调动了学生的积极性,同时整合复习有关动词类的词组短语以及动名词,同时拓展词组at home, grow flowers, go fishing, go climbing、shopping, have picnics,read ...stories, read newspapers,fly kites,让学生充分表达爱好 like doing sth.。在While-reading环节中教师能够挖掘文本教学资源,重组文本,通过开放性问题“What does your friend like doing? Can you talk about your friends’ hobbies? ”引导学生模仿文本Mike,谈论自己的朋友的爱好。
在Post-reading环节中,教师引导学生谈论family’s hobbies,学生表达时注意三单形式的变化,从时间地点处进一步说明爱好,如I have a happy family. There are three people in my family.
