本节课紧紧围绕话题“Hobbies”展开教学，在Pre-reading课前热身环节引导学生头脑风暴游戏，充分调动了学生的积极性，同时整合复习有关动词类的词组短语以及动名词，同时拓展词组at home, grow flowers, go fishing, go climbing、shopping, have picnics,read ...stories, read newspapers，fly kites,让学生充分表达爱好 like doing sth.。在While-reading环节中教师能够挖掘文本教学资源，重组文本，通过开放性问题“What does your friend like doing? Can you talk about your friends’ hobbies? ”引导学生模仿文本Mike，谈论自己的朋友的爱好。

在Post-reading环节中，教师引导学生谈论family’s hobbies,学生表达时注意三单形式的变化，从时间地点处进一步说明爱好，如I have a happy family. There are three people in my family. I like ...and ...i can ...well,but I’m not good at ...i like ...too. I usually ...this is my father. He’s cool. He likes...He likes ...too. This is my mother. She’s nice. She likes... she also likes...here are grandpa and grandma. They like...学生写的能力提升了很多。
