4. 有感情地朗读小诗并表演。

5. 仿照书上小诗的格式编小诗。

1. Enjoy a song: Changing seasons

T: What is the song about?

Teach: season

T: Today we’re going to learn Unit 5 Seasons. How many seasons are there in a year?

T: There are four seasons in a year. What seasons do you know?

2. Talk about seasons

T: These are the four seasons. What season do you like?

T: Why? You can say: Because I can...

T: Oh, you like summer because you can eat ice creams.

Teach: eat ice creams

T: I like summer too. Because I can eat ice creams and go swimming.

Teach: go swimming

T: What about you? Please work in pairs and talk about your favourite season with your partner.

 

Ss enjoy the song.

回忆相关知识,初步运用结构

We can do many things in different seasons. And the weather is different too.

T: Whats the weather like in four seasons? Lets watch the video and try to find out the answers.

T: Whats the weather like? You can say: In..., it is....

Teach: warm, hot, cool, cold

TThe weather is so different. Here I have a chant for you. Listen to me carefully.

T: Do you like it? Lets say

together.

T: Good job! Now work in groups of four and have a try.

Ss watch the cartoon and answer the question.

S4: In winter, it is cold.

Learn the new words.

3. Think and say

We can talk about a season in so many aspects. And we have talked about spring very well. What about other three seasons? Work in pairs, think and say sth. about other three seasons, and I hope the information here is useful to you.
