December is past

January is coming

What did I do in December？

I did everything as before.

Teach,correct the homework and study.

I got angry easily.

Especially,to class 1

I know I should build the positive education

but I can't control my emotion.

maybe I focus too much on results rather than processes

This is not all what teachers should pay attention to

I should give them more patience and encouragement

that‘s the real what the value of the teacher

January is the last month of this term
