   Eiffel Tower埃菲尔铁塔(巴黎城市地标之一):是一座于1889年建成位于法国巴黎战神广场上的镂空结构铁塔。埃菲尔铁塔得名于设计它的桥梁工程师居斯塔夫·埃菲尔。是法国和巴黎的一个重要景点和突出标志。

  The Louvre Museum巴黎卢浮宫:是世界上最古老、最大、最著名的博物馆之一。卢浮宫藏有被誉为世界三宝的断臂维纳斯雕像、《蒙娜丽莎》油画和胜利女神石雕,拥有的艺术收藏达40万件以上,包括雕塑、绘画、美术工艺及古代东方,古埃及和古希腊、古罗马等6个门类。

2. Introduce the famous builings in the UK.

  Tower Bridge(伦敦塔桥),是一座上开悬索桥,位于英国伦敦,横跨泰晤士河,因在Tower of London附近而得名,是从泰晤士河口算起的第一座桥也是伦敦的象征。

  The London Eye(伦敦眼),坐落在英国伦敦泰晤士河畔,是世界上首座、同时截至2005年最大的观景摩天轮,为伦敦的地标及出名旅游观光点之一。

  White House(美国白宫):美国总统官邸,在美国首都华盛顿,是一座白色的二层楼房。1792年始建,从1800年以后成为历届总统的官邸,1902年美国总统罗斯福首先使用“白宫”一词。后成为美国政府的代表。

  Statue Of Liberty(自由女神像):全名为“自由女神铜像国家纪念碑”,正式名称是“自由照耀世界(Liberty Enlightening the World)”。自由女神像是美国的象征,美利坚民族和美法人民友谊象征,表达美国人民争取民主、自由的崇高理想。

2.Introduce the famous buildings in Australia.

 Sydney Opera House(悉尼歌剧院):位于悉尼市区北部,是悉尼市地标建筑物,一座贝壳形屋顶下方是结合剧院和厅室的水上综合建筑。

Students will be able to know the differences of number culture both in English and Chinese. They will decrease the culture shocks in life.

1.Languages are different in west and China, but there are same symbols in west and China. Thats numbers.

1. Introduce three, seven, nine and thirteen in west culture and Chinese culture.

Three 3: Number three is respected in the western culture.Pythagoras, the philosopher of ancient Greece, called three the perfect number.

Seven 7: Chinese culture: (1)生命周期的变化《黄帝内经》将人的每七年作为一个生命阶段. (2)民间死后“祭七”的习俗.

     Western culture: Religion in Christian, seven represents holy and life.

Nine 9: 含有数字“九”的词汇也十分丰富。如,“九州”是指传说中的我国上古行政区划,后用作“中国”的代称; “ 九族”。在文娱、体育等词汇中,数字“九”也比比皆是。在东西方人们心目中,数字可谓神数 ,具有神性神圣之至 的象征意义。

Thirteen 13:以中国为代表的东方文化,对“十三”爱有所偏。与中国人对“十三”的态度相反,西方人将“十三”视为不祥之数,凡事不愿与“十三”挂钩。最后的晚餐中的13门徒、汉莫拉比法典(code of Hummurabi)的第13条法规、十字军东征时的13圆桌骑士以及Friday the 13th(十三号星期五)...

1.Introduce black, blue and reds meanings in west culture and Chinese culture.

Black: 黑色在中国文化里有沉重神秘之感,它象征严肃、正义。同时,它也象征邪恶,如指阴险狠毒的人是“黑心肠”。

黑色在西方文化中基本为禁忌色。它象征了死亡、凶兆、灾难,如“不吉利的话”译为“black words”;第二,它也象征邪恶、犯罪,如:black guard;另外,它还象征耻辱、不光彩、沮丧、愤怒等。

Blue:在汉语中,蓝色通常可以给人们带来安详、美好的联想;此外,蓝色还指“破旧”。

在英语中,蓝色有“社会地位高、有权势或出身名门望族”的引申含义,如:“blue room”指的是“美国总统在白宫的,用来会见挚友亲朋的会客室”;蓝色也代表了特定的身份职业,如:blue collar。此外,在西方文化里,蓝色还有忧郁、感伤等其他消极含义,

Red:红色是我国文化里崇尚色。它象征吉祥、喜庆、繁华、热闹、漂亮等。西方文化中红色主要指鲜血的颜色,多指血腥、暴力、恐怖、危险等,red ruin指火灾;红色也常用于情感上,当某人生气时,常用see redred with anger形容;另外,其还有“亏本”等消极意义。

    《最后的晚餐》取材于《新约圣经》。画面布局都是耶稣弟子们坐成一排,耶稣独坐一端。达·芬奇却让十二门徒分坐于耶稣两边,耶稣孤寂地坐在中间,他的脸被身后明亮的窗户映照,显得庄严肃穆。背景强烈的对比让人们把所有的注意力全部集中于耶稣身上。

     慌乱的犹大,手肘碰倒了盐瓶,身体后仰,满脸的惊恐与不安。

   西方国家秉承着游牧民族nomadic people、航海navigation民族的文化血统,传统饮食习俗以动物性食料为主。蔬菜很多时候以前菜沙拉方式出现。专吃大块肉、整块鸡等"硬菜"
